Koi Harris, based in Los Angeles, California, is the CEO of TightenUp Body Work LLC and TightenUp Body Work Academy. She is a mother of two daughters and a serial entrepreneur. Koi began her career as a cosmetologist, working as a hair and wardrobe stylist. At the age of 20, she completed LVN training but eventually found nursing unfulfilling.
Driven by her passion for beauty and her nursing background, Koi launched TightenUp Body Work in 2017, a body contouring business. She has since expanded her enterprise, creating her own product line and becoming the Los Angeles Master Instructor for Camellia Alise Academy immediately after completing their instructor course. Koi also developed her own courses and curriculum, leading to the establishment of TightenUp Body Work Academy.
The Academy offers a variety of courses and a comprehensive 9-month mentorship program, allowing Koi to travel globally to teach aspiring aesthetic entrepreneurs. Recently, she obtained her massage therapy license in Nevada and has added full-service post-op treatments to TightenUp Body Work's offerings.
